The Right Choice!
On October 30, election-day for mayor and city councils, all Seeach Sod schools were closed. The respite center ran a program for many students, beginning in the morning and lasting through the day. Seventy students from all of Seeach Sod’s schools participated in age and ability-appropriate activities. Some enjoyed an amusement park, including inflated trampolines and food stalls. Others enjoyed a special trip to the Biblical Zoo, while others visited a nearby voting station to take part in the elections for the Jerusalem municipality.
Welcoming the Month of Kislev
The men’s vocational program celebrated Rosh Chodesh Kislev with a fabulous party, complete with music and dancing. Famous singer Eli Hertzlich and musicians Yanky Engel and Dovid Golan provided the music, and volunteers joined us to enhance the dancing. To top it all off, one of the men celebrated his fortieth birthday.
A healthy winter for everyone!
