In response to a particularly difficult period for Racheli as a result of her sister’s illness, the staff produced a special recreational program to raise her spirits. They created a game for her iPad in which she matches the names of family members with their pictures. Racheli is thrilled!
Preparing for the Siddur Party
The students in first grade at Talmud Torah Otzar Yerushalayim are in the midst of excited preparations for their siddur party. The students have learned to identify individual words in the siddur and use a special siddur that was prepared for them.
Travel Safely!
In the framework of the year’s theme of road safety, the staff at Talmud Torah Otzar Yerushalayim put great efforts into producing a magnificent sticker album for the students.
Fieldwork for Girls in the Home Economics Course
The girls in the Home Economics track at the Maoz Yerushalayim High School have fieldwork on Mondays and Wednesdays at Beis Yisroel Hall. In addition, on Thursdays, the students prepare sandwiches for breakfast for the entire school!

Trip to the Tzadik’s Gravesite
As part of their class on taking public transportation, Rav Dovid Yonah Klein’s students at Yeshivat Otzar HaTorah traveled to the gravesite of the Maharitz, where they had the opportunity to daven.
Preparing to Become a Bar Mitzvah
The students in 6th grade at Talmud Torah Otzar Yerushalayim are in the midst of preparations for the Bar Mitzvah celebration this year. The class theme and decoration is, of course, on the topic of “Bar Mitzvah.” Using worksheets, the students are learning the halachot relevant to becoming a Bar Mitzvah – zimun, minyan, tefillin, Kaddish, etc. They can’t wait for the big celebration of this important milestone.
Vocational Training at Yeshivat Otzar HaTorah
As part of the vocational training program at Yeshivat Otzar HaTorah, the occupational therapist divides the students into groups that study various work skills, such as following instructions, ensuring quality, and oversight. The students receive a salary for their work, and they can use the money that they earn to buy things once a week at the special kiosk built for this purpose. The students in these pictures are in the maintenance track.
Focus on Health
A group of adults in Seeach Sod’s day-hab program in Beit Shemesh have begun a new program to enhance their health and wellbeing – group walks around their neighborhood, accompanied by staff and our new physical therapist, Dror Vichter. After the group activity, the staff is given instructions regarding physical activity for the remainder of the week.
Bnot Torah Seminary

On February 5, Rosh Chodesh Adar I, Seaach Sod was privileged to host the students of Bnot Torah seminary (Sharfman’s). The girls toured the Ashira facility in Ramot and had the opportunity to see the nursery, daycare center, and kindergarten programs in action. They met Seaach Sods therapists and heard firsthand how Search Sod is instrumental in changing the lives of special needs children in Israel. And who can forget Seaach Sod’s new park?!
Meor Seminary

For the past six years, Seeach Sod has had the privilege of hosting Meor Seminary on Tu B’Shvat. The joint celebration of growth reflects on the leadership of both institutions, as Rabbi Zechariah Greenwald of Meor and Rabbi Shimon Levy of Seeach Sod are world famous for the growth of their mosdos.
