Mothers Annual get away retreat at Kinar Hotel
From January 18-20, mothers of Seeach Sod members went on an exclusive mother's retreat to the Kinar Hotel up north.
Happenings on Tu B'shvat!
The lowest functioning Ma'as women and Beit Mitzudot girls put in tremendous effort to make an Amen Party on Tu B'Shvat! Because it is very hard for many of these students to speak and articulate words, the mere fact that each student said Amen to each bracha for the Tu B'shvat party was simply remarkable! It was incredibly meaningful and fun all at the same time! May Hashem listen to these special student's Brachos and Amens and reveal only good in their lives!
Michlala management and staff visit Seeach Sod
Michlala Academy's prestigious staff came to visit our premises at Seeach Sod. The tour was comprehensive and our honored guests were amazed at the competency that Seeach Sod programming displayed. They were simply stunned by what they witnessed and they left the tour in utter awe of the Seeach Sod devoted staff.
Machaneh Ma'oz Yerushalayim
The girls from Ma'oz Yerushalayim had a one-night, two day "Machane" (Sleep over). The students stayed in our 5 star "hotel"; The Nafshon Respite Center. With incredible accommodations and scrumptious meals, the students had a magnificent sleep over experience! During the day, they went to visit the Coca Cola factory and went bike riding in the Ganei Yehoshua Park in Tel Avaiv. Back at the Nafshon that night, the students had a magic show! With good meals, luxurious accommodation, devoted staff members and loads of fun, the Machaneh was a complete success!
A summer at Seeach Sod
Seeach Sod had prepared itself for months before the summer programs had begun in order to be able to give its students and residents maximum enjoyment for the summer 2014.
Purim Fair – a Signature Form of Integration
As its usual tradition, the students of Ma’oz Yerushalayim, Seeach Sod’s girls’ school, pulled off a fantastic fair in honor of Rosh Chodesh Adar. The fair was attended by children of staff members, students’ siblings and children from the neighborhood.

In recent years, horticulture therapy has earned increasing recognition as a valuable rehabilitative tool, particularly in the field of special education. Horticulture therapy has been proven to help improve memory, cognitive abilities, task initiation, language skills, and socialization.
Blood Drive Hosted by Seeach Sod
On Tuesday, May 13, 200 girls from various English speaking seminaries flocked to our main headquarters to partake in a blood drive hosted by Seeach Sod. The blood drive, conducted in collaboration with MDA, was a unique portrayal of how Seeach Sod promotes integration while simultaneously encouraging community volunteerism among its clientele. In total, about 85 pints of blood were donated!

Student from our Otzar Yerushalyaim school went to visit Moshav Komemiyut in the South of Israel to "strengthen" the farmers who are not working the land this year due to Shmitta. Their time there was spent enjoying fun activities on the Moshav while fostering relationships with the Moshav members.
