New Snoezelen Room in the Chayei Adam Apartment

In a beautiful ceremony that took place on chol hamo’ed Succos, a new Snoezelen room was inaugurated in the group home on Chayei Adam Street.

The Snoezelen room is the contribution of the May family in honor of their son and brother – a happy resident of the Chayei Adam home – and in memory of his brother, Yitzchak Daniel, z”l.

The Snoezelen room will provide the residents with sensory stimulation, regulation, and a place to relax and calm down. Under the guidance of the home’s occupational therapist, the staff will utilize the specialized new room as part of the residents’ general therapy program.
