And the contest winners are….

Last year, there was a contest who were the best workers in Seeach Sod. The contest culminated at the staff orientation with the winners being announced and presented with a monetary gift.

Candidates had to have worked at Seeach Sod for over three years and had to be recommended by their fellow staff members. Each candidate had to fill in a “rate my own work” form, and together with his/her supervisor’s forms of rating their staff’s work, the heads of the departments chose the winners.
