Chanuka at Seeach Sod
Students from our Yeshiva received Chanukah gelt (money) from the Admor of Boston and the Admor of Strofkov.
Maoz Yerushalayim School in the Yirmiyahu campus enjpyed a smashing Chanukah party.
At the Bnei Brak vocational training center, members celebrated with an impressive party. The event was even honored by the presence of Rabbi Dov Landa, Chief Rabbi of Bnei Brak, and Bnei Brak Mayor Avraham Rubinstein.
The Admor M’Kretshnif awarded the yeshiva in Beit Shemesh a holiday visit; he davened with them and spoke about the laws of Chanukah.
Also, at the Yeshiva in Beit Shemesh, the boys had fun at a Chanukah party at the Admor from Kosov Viznitz. who admired the boys’ knowledge, and distributed Chanukah gelt.
As each year, Kollel Chabad came to give Chanukah gifts for the students in our Talmud Torah in Jerusalem.
The adults at the Vocational Training Program in Jerusalem held a combined candle lighting event with a birthday for the son of the founder of Seeach Sod, Rabbi Dov Levy z”l. The event was honored by the CEO Rabbi Shimon Levy and by his brother Avraham who lit the candles
During Chanukah, the students of the Yeshivat Otzar HaTorah prepared olive oil for lighting Chanukah candles. The students worked together to prepare the olives from the harvesting and crushing stage to the lighting. Once sufficient oil was available, it provided the light for the menorah in the Yeshiva Beit Midrash
