Summer in the Group Home residents

Everyone else is summering and vacationing…so why shouldn’t we?

Every summer, our 400 adults go on vacation during the three weeks in-between Tisha Ba’av and the programs beginning again!

Over the course of two weeks, the women residents went on day trips to awesome places all over Israel!! Some of the trips were over-nights where the women, totaling in 100 members, slept in hotels in Netanya and Tivaria!

The men residents were split into two groups of 150 men each and they went to Mitzpe Yiricho for a spectacular get-away!!!! The pictures talk for themselves! They flew on helicopters, went to amusements parks, watched shows and so much more!

On Shabbat of Aug 27th, there was a big shabbaton finale in Mitzpe Yericho with teachers, therapists, and students whom together celebrated the beginning of another amazing new year!
