Calling All Mothers!

A special breakfast seminar was held for our Early-Childhood student’s mothers. Seeach Sod invited the mothers of the 80 day care center and preschoole toddlers, (Maon Tzur and Ganei Eshkol) to come get a taste of their children’s days and activities with an emphasis on their paramedical treatments. Naturally, parents are more in contact with the teachers than therapists so this gave them a chance to meet the entire staff!

After an introductory session in which Miriam Horowitz spoke on the subject of how to teach the students to help themselves, there were selected issues that were spoken about connected to the activities in their daily life. The aim was to help the mothers acquire practical tools to implement at home.
The mothers response was amazing and the atmosphere was empowering! The breakfast seminar contributed greatly to the connection between the parents and the staff, and there is no doubt that it will lead to more efficient progress of the students achievements.
