Continuing Education for Administrators

On Tu B’Shvat, Seeach Sod administrators gathered together for a day of lectures and discussion. The event took place in our new building on Rechov Chakimi in Bayit Vegan, providing an opportunity for staff to get a glimpse of the facility that will soon serve our talmud Torah and yeshivot.

Seeach Sod CEO Rav Shimon Levy spoke about solving routine administrative problems. Mr. Yossi Goldstein spoke about administrative dynamics, followed by four small group discussions about means of dilemma resolution, in which a number of common issues were raised.
